Lappaa's transcription uses Apple's native speech recognition framework. Your audio and video files are analyzed locally by your device's neural hardware. The transcript is generated and stored exclusively on your device, ensuring complete privacy.
The process initiates automatically when you open a recording in the editor and works flawlessly on a newly recorded take, a downloaded file, or an imported voice memo, fully offline.
